RETURN POLICY
1) Return policy for products sold at RAW SUPPLY CO
Exchange policy: Return policy Product is defective (by the manufacturer) change new one in 3 days (same model, same color, ...). In case the product changes out stock:
- Customers can exchange products equivalent to the same group of goods (refund - offset if any)
- Customers are refunded 100% on the price on the invoice.
2) Product without error DO NOT CHANGE
3) Product error by user :
-Not eligible for warranty according to its regulations. The product does not retain 100% of its original shape. Product damaged, scratched.
=> RAW SUPPLY CO supports warranty warranties. Free assembly and repair work, only charge for replacement parts.
-Conditions for exchanging returns: - Full warranty card ( if have ), attached accessories (if available, still usable), promotional gifts ( if have ).Also, we don’t take fees.
4) Exchange policy for products on display
Exchange policy: The display item is used by RAW SUPPLY CO for customers to experience at the Store.
-Manufacturer or product error in 3 days
-Change equivalent products (refund - offset if any). If there is no equivalent product, refund 100%.
-Not return:
The product may be missing boxes, lack of cases, missing accessories or scratches Conditions for exchanging returns: - Full warranty card (if any), attached accessories (if available, still usable), promotional gifts (if any). - Also, DO NOT collect any other fees
REFUND POLICY
In case you have successfully purchased and paid online but have money, or returned the product, RAW SUPPLY CO will refund the cash directly at the store or on the card you used for payment, according to the time term as follows: For ATM cards: Time customers receive refunds from 7-10 days (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.) If the above time does not receive money, RAW SUPPLY CO will contact customer’s bank to solve . For Visa / Master card / Paypal: customers will refund 30-45 days. If over time on the customer does not receive money, customers contact the bank to resolve.
